Looking to start or develop a movement or meditation practice? Let’s check in about where you’re at!

Private sessions enable me to work deeply with students on any variety of movement issues. If you want to focus on your alignment, work towards a particular goal, or spend some time with an area that is asking for attention, private sessions are an amazing way to grow your practice. In private sessions, I also use light contact (hands-on assists) when invited to encourage a visceral sensation of the posture or movement.

Meditation is a highly personal experience; with so many different avenues for practice, beginning can feel daunting. Working with a facilitator can also be profoundly helpful if you’re hoping to broaden your experience or find new resources and approaches. Through conversation and/or guided practice, we’ll find a style that works with your intention.
